Terms of Service

1) Services

We provide website security audits, vulnerability assessments, hardening recommendations, and related technical services. All services are performed based on a defined scope agreed in advance with the client.

2) Authorization

You confirm that you have full legal authorization to request testing or work on the target system. We perform security testing only with explicit permission. Unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited.

3) Scope of Work

All work is limited strictly to the agreed scope (e.g., specific domain, environment, or system). Any additional testing or changes outside the defined scope require separate approval.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the system and access credentials if required
• Ensure proper backups before any testing or changes
• Maintain ownership or legal rights over the tested system
• Designate a technical contact if needed

5) No Guarantee

Security audits and testing reduce risk but do not guarantee complete security. New vulnerabilities may appear at any time.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI OF FUTURE™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or financial loss resulting from the use of our services.

7) Service Risks

Security testing may involve actions such as sending requests, scanning endpoints, or analyzing configurations. While performed responsibly, such actions may carry inherent risks including temporary service disruption.

8) Confidentiality

All client data, findings, and reports are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

9) Payments

Pricing and payment terms are agreed individually. Work may begin only after confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, completed services are non-refundable.

10) Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms is detected.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
