Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-02-22
This Privacy Policy explains how AI OF FUTURE™ (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects and processes information when you visit aioffuture.eu or contact us about our services. Our core services focus on website security audits, hardening, and secure implementation support. We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries, and deliver requested work.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the website or submit personal data through our forms.
1) Controller & Contact
Controller: AI OF FUTURE™
Email: admin@aioffuture.eu
We respond to privacy requests as soon as possible and typically within 30 days (or earlier where required by law).
2) What data we collect
- Basic usage & security logs: IP address, user agent, date/time, requested URL, and referrer (if any). This helps us protect the website, detect abuse, and troubleshoot incidents.
- Contact form data: name (optional), email address, and your message. Used strictly to respond, clarify scope, and prepare an offer or proposal.
- Service request details: website URL/domain, platform (e.g., WordPress/WooCommerce/custom), preferred timeframe, and technical contact details (if provided).
-
Optional on-site tools (e.g., AI-generated content features):
if you interact with optional tools on the website, we may process minimal input data you provide
(such as a name or short text input) strictly to generate the requested result.
We may store limited technical data (e.g., IP-based cooldown timestamps or last interaction state) to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage. This data is temporary and not used for profiling or marketing.
We do not intentionally collect or store sensitive personal data through these tools. - Client project materials (only if you become a client): scope, agreements, deliverables, and technical notes needed to perform the work. We avoid processing production personal data unless it is necessary and explicitly agreed in writing.
Please do not send passwords, payment card data, or sensitive personal data through the contact form.
3) Cookies
We aim to keep cookies to a minimum. The website may use essential cookies for core functionality and to remember basic preferences (where applicable). We do not use advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics or non-essential cookies, they will be opt-in (consent-based) where required.
- Essential: required for basic site operation and abuse prevention (e.g., session / consent state).
You can also control cookies through your browser settings (blocking cookies may affect some features).
4) Legal bases
- Contract / steps before contract: to respond to your request and deliver services you ask for.
- Legitimate interest: to secure the website, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
- Consent: where required for optional features and any future non-essential cookies/analytics.
- Legal obligation: accounting, record-keeping, or compliance requirements where applicable.
5) Security Audits & Testing
We perform security audits or testing only with explicit authorization and a clearly defined scope (e.g., signed agreement or written confirmation). We apply responsible testing practices intended to minimize risk, avoid unnecessary disruption, and protect confidentiality.
Findings are delivered privately (typically as a PDF report or agreed format). We do not publish client findings and do not share them with third parties unless (a) you instruct us in writing, or (b) we are legally required to do so.
Note: automated scanning may involve sending requests to your website as part of testing within the agreed scope.
6) Secure Implementation Support
If we help implement fixes or hardening, we request only the minimum access needed (e.g., hosting panel, CMS admin, repository). Access is limited to the people who need it, stored securely, and removed/revoked after the work is completed where possible.
We strongly recommend using staging environments for changes. If production access is required, it will be handled under agreed rules.
7) Contact Forms & Email
When you submit a form, your message is sent to admin@aioffuture.eu. We use the information to respond, clarify requirements, and prepare a proposal. We do not use contact messages for marketing without your consent.
Email delivery may involve our hosting provider or SMTP infrastructure. We monitor deliverability and security, but no email system can guarantee perfect delivery.
8) Data Retention
- Security/server logs: kept for a limited period needed for security monitoring and troubleshooting, then deleted or rotated.
- Contact requests: kept as long as necessary to respond and manage follow-ups, then archived or deleted.
- Client project data: kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for support, unless deletion is requested and legally possible.
- Contracts/invoices: retained as required by applicable legal/accounting obligations.
- Public content (e.g., news articles): may be edited or removed at our discretion.
Exact retention can vary depending on the type of data, project scope, and legal obligations.
9) Sharing & International Transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share data only when necessary to operate the website or deliver services, such as with hosting providers, email delivery providers, or secure file storage vendors. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
Data is stored primarily in the EU/EEA where feasible. If international transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
10) Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR), you may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact us at admin@aioffuture.eu. We may request information to verify your identity and protect your data.
11) Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as encryption in transit, access controls, hardening, and monitoring. However, no website or transmission method is 100% secure.
If you believe you have found a security issue on our website, please contact admin@aioffuture.eu.
12) Children’s Privacy
Our services and website are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
13) Changes to this Policy

If changes are significant, we will highlight them on this page.
